12/08/25. Six-year-old JOE has quickly captured the hearts of many of us volunteers with his charming and calm demeanor. He was found by a Good Samaritan wandering alone on a busy road, and she took him in. While he got along well with her small dog and cat, she was unfortunately unable to keep him due to financial reasons. JOE is another dobercorn - he likes DOGS, CATS, and KIDS. He is positive for heartworm, which we are treating him for, and when finished, he will be neutered but is ready to go to his furever family and continue his treatment there.

PLEASE don't overlook this sweet and gentle boy; he will make a wonderful companion.

11/25/25 6-year-old Joe was found wandering alone on a busy street when a kind woman found him and took him in. Unfortunately, due to financial reasons, she was unable to keep him, but he got along wonderfully with her cat and small dog. Joe is super sweet, eager to please, and has definitely had some training. He likes dogs, cats, and is good with children, making him another dobercorn. Lucky is the family that adopts this special boy, as he will surely fill their home with love and gratitude.
