5/12/23  Skylar 3058 and Scotty 3059 are not available for adoption at this time, however both need a local foster who will take them as a pair. Financial sponsorship or donations would be greatly appreciated. 

"Scotty and Skylar" have had a hard life living in a backyard and then were let go as strays even when the rescue was willing to help. Lucky for all of us, we got them from a shelter after they were picked up. They have always had each other so a home together when they are ready would be ideal.
They need to overcome infections and then spay and neutering. They are around 7 years old.
 

Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs. Here are links to foster and adoption applications for those dogs who need a foster home or adoptive home.
